
1- How did you get your beginning as an influencer?
I started modeling early on and was in pageants. I made a lot of network contacts through those experiences they pointed me towards the right clientele.
2- How does your creative approach change from one social media platform to another?
I’m always changing things up. From videos, live videos, Instagram stories, Facebook stories, photoshoots. I have fun with it.
3- Why do you think your work garnered a positive reception from your followers?
Because my followers can relate to me and they enjoy what I post. They also trust I don’t post about products or companies unless I back them up 100%
4- Have any tactics been especially effective in helping you grow your audience?
Word of mouth and Facebook groups
5- How would you say your content has changed since you started?
I’m a lot more confident now and I post more often. I get a lot more offers now as well.
6- What type of content does well on Instagram but don’t on another platform?
Products with discount codes.
7- What kind of struggles are often not talked about around being an influencer?
Getting followers and keeping them engaged so you can keep them as followers.
8- What is the most rewarding part of being one?
The companies I get to work with and the people I get to meet.
9- Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
Traveling and public speaking at conferences and workshops for women. An author of my first if not second book. Not just pursuing my dreams but living them.
